This project aims to train the professional figure of the Urban Concierge, a specialist dedicated to assisting tourists within the city context. Their role is essential to ensure a smooth and seamless stay, guiding and supporting guests throughout their entire travel experience.
Thanks to an in-depth knowledge of the Ancient Ager Stabianus region, the Urban Concierge is capable of welcoming guests, as well as organizing and developing tailor-made itineraries aligned with each client's expectations.
The training program is structured into the following modules:
- Territorial Marketing
- Hospitality and Welcoming Skills
- Customer Care
To complete the program and foster deeper expertise and specialization, the course includes English lessons with native-speaking instructors.
